The project is centered on dialogue. Dialogue between sustainable construction practices –
simple, local, and affordable – and complex, rich, and playful spaces. Dialogue between a
simplicity necessary in the local context and our wish as architects to provide additional
value above and beyond the basic, important function of a safe educational space. Dialogue
between the formal education system and the organic learning process we undergo as a
matter of fact. And dialogue between spaces satisfying functional requirement and one
capable of containing life on all its complexity.
